 Trade Term and FAQ

Price term:

Normally, we offer FOB price in USD ( product cost, freight cost from factory to our sea port, China export cost), also CIF & EXW price are both available.

As USD to RMB exchange rate and material price change rapidly, our price validity time is 30 days. After 30 days, the prices would be possibly changed,so please contact us to confirm.

Payment Term:

We would like to prefer T/T, bank (wire) transfer, Or L/C, letter of credit, only L/C at sight.

Shipping term:

We have our own shipping agency, and normally the products are taken by them. When the shipment arrives at your port, we will send you the original bill of lading(Copy B/L if Telex Release), packing list, commercial invoice and Fumigation certificate(if needed) to make clearances and pick up the goods. The other documents like C/O,F/A etc are also available.

However, we can also work with your shipping company and please just tell us their contact information.

What is your minimum order quantity?

5 pieces for some of our products.  No limit for container order. And we will check with you when you select the items.

What is your production time?

 Normally it is 30-35 days for 1* 40HQ. However, it also depends on the ordered items and the actual production situation. So first we will confirm with you.

How could I know my order being processed or not ?

 We will regularly feedback you with your order status, and in case you do not get it, please email to us, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Could you make custom-made products?

Custom made products are available as well; if you intend to promote a new item into your markets, please send me the detailed information of the new items with pictures. Our research development team will try to work it out and let you know.

How To Clean the Chesterfield Sofa ?

Chesterfield Sofa can be a durable and beautiful piece of living room furniture. However, if your leather sofas and loveseats aren't properly cared for, they will lose some of their beauty and can even become damaged. Fortunately, cleaning a leather sofa is simple. About once a month, or after a party or other event when your couch gets lots of use, follow these steps.    

 Clean the dust: First, use a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment to remove debris from between the sofa cushions. Then remove dust from the surface of the leather with a dry microfiber cloth. This will remove dust, crumbs, and dirt and keep it all from being rubbed into the leather.

Remove Stains from Leather:

• For ink stains on a leather couch, soak a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and rub it on the stain the way you erase pencil with an eraser.

• To remove chewing gum from leather, use a dab of olive oil and rub the spot with a clean paper towel.
• For other stains, make a paste with equal parts lemon juice and cream of tartar. Apply it with a clean, soft rag, and wipe it away. Let the paste sit on the the stain for an hour if it's stubborn.

 Quick cleaning: If you don't have time to fully wash your leather sofa, try wiping it down with a few baby wipes after you vacuum it. These are gentle enough for leather, and they usually have a pleasant smell, too

Condition the leather: For a very light protective finish, apply a thin coat of olive oil with a microfiber cloth, allow it to sit for one-half hour and then buff it off with a clean, dry rag.
