Product details:

The door is MDF pressed with various colors of PVC. It's warp resistant, heat resistant, durable and eco friendly.

1) The material of the door is usually E1 18mm MDF (density is 750KG/M3), the back is usually white melamine.

2) The MDF board is engraved by Germany Homag WEEKE CNC, which can greatly guarantine the spec accuracy.

3) There are more than 100 designs (European, Modern, Classic, Antique, etc.) for your selection. Special designs can be customized as per your samples or drawings.

4) Various PVC brands are available such as Taiwan Orchard, Korea LG, Germany Renolit and Japan Riken. PVC colors range from matt, woodgrain, high gloss to woodgrain high gloss. The thicknesses of PVC are from 0.35mm to 0.55mm.

5) The glue used is Germany Helmitin Produkten Forbo Genderen BV, which is more friendly to the enviroment.

6) PVC foil is pressed by Germany BURKLE vacuum forming machine, which can keep the PVC doors away from being split.
