BT series centrifugal exhaust fan adopted the unique centrifugal system, which can open and close the shutters automatically with total 90 degree angle. And with the handle in the side frame, it can easy transportation, load and unload, no effect to the out look and installation. Larger blade make the air flow more strong.

Feature:

1. Blade: 3 types of material for choose: stainless steel/aluminium/galvanized sheet. Adopting a punch forming technology.
2. Frame: adopting advanced automatic manufacturing process, made of thick galvanized sheet.
3. Shutter: made of hot galvanized sheet with thickness 1.0 and 1.2mm, to increase the quality and the stability while working.
4. Motor: both China high quality motor and Siemens motor are available. Aproved by CCC certificate, protectiong level: IP55, insulation level: F class.
5. V-Belt: imported from Japan and Korea. Resistance to abrasion, without deformation.
6. Centrifugal system: adopting high-class nylon mixed with amount of fiber glass. All parts are connected by rivets. This system will be assure to open the shutter with 90 degree when the fan working.
7. Fan belt pulley and flange: made of high aluminum-magnesuim alloy by die-casting. Light weight, low vibration. Blast-sanding treatment for attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability.

cooling pad

1.Characteristics of cooling pads: Cooling pad paper has high intensity structure, corrosive resistance, long service life.
2.Cooling pad is made of specially formulated cellulose paper,
3.cross fluted configuration provides maximum cooling for hot air.
4.frame: the frame is made of high quality aluminum-magnesium alloy ,stainless steel ,galvanized. It is economical and practical and adapts to all kinds of climate as well. The structure is compact so water runs normally but there is no water leak.

Installation suggestions of cooling pad and fan: in the process of installation, cooling pad and fan lay out face to face. Cooling pad is installed at the side of windward of monsoon.
