Fabric Brief Introduction

 " 2-tone dyeing"

Fabric is made by cotton yarn and poly yarn. 

Yarn dyeing can be effected under certain temperature.

Temperature for cotton yarn dyeing and poly dyeing are totally different. 

To make this kind of fabric, we will dye cotton yarn and poly yarn separately, and then weave color yarn into fabric.

P.S.:   sometimes cotton yarn and poly yarn are dyed in the same color.  Though fabric appears only one color, we still call it 2-tone dyeing.

Thus, 2-tone dyeing not refers to 2 different colors in one fabric.

To be exact, 2-tone dyeing refers that  cotton yarn, poly yarn, both need to be dyed.

Carbon peach finish help fabric surface appear fine hairs, which is short and not easy to be noticed by eyes, ONLY BY HAND TOUCHING.
