Q:What is the lead time?

A:The lead time is within 20 working days after the confirmation of the deposit.

Q: Are samples available?

A: Of course. As vinyl plank flooring suppliers we are willing to supply samples to our customers for further checking. Please just tell us the detailed specifications (size, abrasion resistant coating, surface, color) of vinyl flooring that you need. If you are not sure what kind of products you really need, please let us know where you will use the floors and our team will recommend the suitable products to you.

Q:Can you produce special vinyl flooring under my requirement?

A: No problem. We have rich experience in offering OEM service. Just tell our sales the detailed specifications you need. Besides products, we could also produce the matching packaging for customers.

Q:Can you offer packing designs as per customers’ requests?

Of course. Usually we have several fixed packing designs for floor traders to select. But if our clients have special requirements we can customize packing designs under their detailed instructions.

A:We provide flexible payment terms to offer our customers convenience:

• L/C at sight
• L/C 60/90/120/180 days
• T/T 30% deposit and balance paid goods are produced and before onboard.
• T/T 30% deposit and balance paid upon receipt of B/L copy
• T/T 30% deposit and balance paid by L/C at sight
• T/T 30% deposit and balance paid by 60/90/120/180 days
• D/P-T/T 30% deposit and balance paid by D/P at sight or after sight
• D/A-T/T 30% deposit and balance paid by D/A
• O/A-T/T 30% deposit and balance paid 30/60/90/120/180 days after B/L date

Q:May I visit your factory before ordering products?

A:Of course. We welcome every customer to visit our factory. Actually, we have met many floor traders and distributors in our factory before establishing a business relationship. Just confirm the time with our team before you come to the factory and we will arrange hotels and meetings relatively.
