China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) was established in 1984 with approval of the State Council, and then became a Central Enterprise under direct supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in 2003. It is in charge of the administrative affairs in China building materials industry. CNBM International Corp., established in 2004, is the business entity for trade and logistics of CNBM GROUP. It is in charge of the export of finished products as well as import of raw materials for its sister companies under the group. By the end of 2014, we have more than 30 business departments for different products and over 10 oversea offices for sales and customer service.
