For easy detection of the natural minerals, ceramics and their products and accurately calculate the number of its negative ions occur.
Measurement: As the general environment there is the Central Standing Committee surge signal interference, affect the accuracy of the measurement results, we recommend the best way to measure the measurement ten times, delete whichever is the average maximum and minimum values.
1.The Ion tester is a high performance ion tester which is designed to measure anion (negative ion) generated by natural ores, and ceramics goods.
2.The natural ores always have a little natural radiation energy just like our environment. This energy effect the moisture content of the air to bring to anions.
3.The sensor of tester is GM-Tube. It will count this signal to transform the amount of anion.For measure anion only, not for cation (positive ion).
3.The Ion tester have 5 measurement modes:
1. Standard mode:
The counter measures the average negative ion count per 20 sec.
2. High speed mode:
The counter measures the average negative ion count per 10 sec. Good for quick measurement
3. Automatic measurement mode:
The counter measures the average negative ion count of 8 consecutive 20 second measurements. A thermal printer prints out the maximum/minimum/average negative ion count data as well as the 8 negative ion counts.
4. Moving average mode:
The counter measures the average of 16 negative ion counts collected during the first 20 seconds and those collected every second during the next 15 seconds. This mode provides more accurate negative ion count data. It takes 35 seconds to complete the measurement.
5. Radiation detection mode:
The reading increases depending on the dose of radiation the counter detects. The larger the dose is, the faster the reading increases. Good for finding the source of the radiation.
4.Measurement in progress:
1.Push the "POWER" button, and choose the mode to testing;
2.Push the "START" button to start measurement.
No reading is displayed and "---" moves from left to right on the display after 20 second for mode 1 measurement, and 10 second for mode 2 measurement, and 20 second for mode 3 measurement for once, total will display 8 times, then will show the average value; after 35 second will show the reading value for mode 4 and mode 5 will display real-time value.
remarks: when batterys gonna die,the display will show LOBAT, pls replace the batterys, so as not to affect the accuracy.
