 1.      When you test the products and it does not work, pls keep it and send it to us in 1 month, we will send the good one to you with the following order.

2.      If the product is already used by you, then no warranty.

3.      If the products broken by man-made, then no warranty.

4.      If our label took off, then no warranty.(This point is very important, keep the lable complete.)

5.      If the goods detained by the chinese customs, we will negotiate with the shipping agent to solve the problem about the compensation. But if the goods shipped out from China, If Accidentally lost goods or buckle off by customs oversea, we can not control it, we do not take the responsibility. Please understand.

6.      The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Customer should be responsible for all the charges of returning and reshipping. Our sales- team will work with you to solve any problems
