CABR QM Prestressing Anchorage System
CABR QM Prestressing Anchorage System is mainly applied in the tensioning and anchoring of pre-tensioned and post-tensioned high strength strands and wire bundles. The products of this System include: anchorage series, coupler series, cable series, grip series, tensioning equipment, un-bonded tendons, corrugated metal duct, tension testing machines, etc. The static load, dynamic load and other technological testing has been conducted to the QM Series Anchorage in the light of the relevant stipulations in Chinese standard, the Anchorage, Grip and Coupler Used For Pre-stressing Tendon, GB14370-2000 and Recommendations for Acceptance of Post-tensioning System, FIP1993. All indexes of the performances of the products satisfy the related requirements.
Product
QMV Type Stressing Anchorage is mainly used for the strands with strength less than 2000Mpa. The wedges adopt the style of two pieces. The draw-in of the wedges during lock-off of the anchor is less than 6mm.
QMB Type Stressing Anchorage is mostly used in the post-tensioning bonded construction of the top panel of box beam and floor in building. The compressed style or bulb style anchorage could be adopted for the dead end.
