1.Are you a factory or trading company? 

  We are a factory with export license. 

2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

  Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 4 hours bus ride from   Shanghai .All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

3.Can you do OEM?

  Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem. 

4.How can I get some samples? 

  We are honored to offer you samples. 

  New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the sample are free for you.

  Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon 

  Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc to have the samples collected; 

  or inform us your DHL collection account. 

5.How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

 Quality is priority? Hotel people always attach great importance to quality controlling from  the very beginning to the very end: 

 1)All raw material we used are environmental-friendly; 

 2)Skillful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes; 

 3)Quality Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
