We produces electric galvanized wire at diameter ranging from 0.14mm to 5.0mm, which can be supplied in the form of coils, spools, U type wire or straightened and cut into tie wire. Electric Galvanized Iron Wire we produce usually goes through standard processes under careful control from steel rod coil, wire drawing, annealing, rust removing, acid washing, boiling, drying, zinc feeding to wire coiling.

Application of the galvanized wire :
The products are widely used in building, handicrafts, silk screen weaving, expressway fence, product packaging and daily civil use.

Production Process of Electro Galvanized Wire:

Steel rod coil -- Wire Drawing -- Wire Annealing--Rust Removing-- Acid Washing-- Boiling-- Drying-- Zinc Feeding-- Wire Coiling.

Galvanized Iron Wire Materials: Low carbon steel, medium carbon steel or high carbon steel.
According to the difference of zinc coating process can be divided into: electro galvanized steel wire and hot-dipped galvanized steel wire.

Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire ( Electro galvanized wire) Packing: Inner plastic outer woven cloth or inner plastic firm outer hessian cloth.

Electro galvanized features:

Chose needed cold drawing steel wire and low carbon wire ( Iron wire), acid picking and rust removing, drawing and forming, high temperature annealing, vacuum high temperature annealing and other process. The production speed is low, uniform galvanizing coating and bright appearance. The thickness is thin, usually only 3-15microns, so has poor corrosion resistance, usually a few months will be rust. Compared with hot dipped galvanized wire, the electro one has low production cost.
