Inside Structure: Inside solid wooden frame + Heavy-duty suport

                               Our sofas are all with inside solid wooden frame + heavy-duty suport.

Load-bearing structures in solid firwood and fixtures in plywood.
Sofas Covering are made with panels of wood fibre.
The moulded inserts are made of polyurethane foam of different densities in order to shape the sofa into the desired foam.
The structure is covered with a pre-cloth made of polyester fibre/resin of different thicknesses and combined with wadding to give a better look to the uncovered structure.

All wood are dried enough and be strictly tested before using to avoid mould.
Anti-acaria treatment to keep healthy.
All important frame parts are with extra process to avoid damage, which shall be done personally by skillful technician.
