To get the replacement, please just cut off the cables and take some pictures to send to us we will send you replacements together with your next order without any more charge. If the defective rate is more than 3% we will ask customers help us to return the cables that cut from the ballasts back, and we pay for the freight cost.

5) Freight ways and cost

-----The total freight cost /and also the average cost depends on the total weight of your order. Customers please advice the models and quantity of your order, your city name/seaport/airport and post code in your enquiries to save your time and ours.
