Catenary wire /Contact Wire/ Copper Conductor
USD $0.1 - $99 /Ton
Min.Order:1 Ton
Applications:
Catenary wire is used as overhead power source for subways, light and heavy transit systems,electrically powered mine trains, buses, and industrial cranes.
Catenary wire can carry a certain current to reduce the impedance of the traction network, reducing voltage loss and energy consumption.
Description:
Single conductor, solid copper, having a hard drawn temper, made in the configuration of: grooved figure 8, or figure 9.
Specifications
1 Mg-Cu alloy stranded
2 Copper stranded wire
Application
RECOMMENDED FOR:
* Overhead electrical systems
* Mass transit and high speed systems
* Both AC and DC applications
* Specialized applications for Tin and Silver Copper Alloys
* Light Rail, tram and trolley bus systems
* Overhead traveling cranes
Instruction:
Line of contact is generally made from both sides of the cylindrical groove, the groove for easy installation clip and follow the technical requirements for the suspension of fixed contact line position without affecting the pantograph sliding take flow. Below the contact line and pantograph contact part of the cylindrical fox-like, known as the face of the contact line.
We can produce catenary wire satisfied with ASTM,BS ,DIN ,IEC size, and orther size you need.
