Fencing/Railing Fabrication Service

We have a full-scale metal processing facility with 10000 m2 workshop, 200 staff to service our customers with one stop Fencing/Railing Fabrication services. We can provide products as balcony railing, stair railing, residential fence, commercial fence, shutters, bay window, municipal engineering fencing and etc. housing facilities in our one stop workshop.

In 2007 we restructured our stamping and electrostatic spray production line, which established from stamping to powder caoting service as our new main developing plan. Now we have 10000m2 modern workshop and more than 200 workers. In the near future we will invest more and more advanced stamping and spraying production lines.

Material includes carbon steel (normal Q235, Q195); stainless steel (normal SUS304, SUS316,SUS201) and aluminum (normal Al5052, Al6061)

Within 8 years developing we have already established long term strategy cooperation with Vanke, Country Garden, Shanghai Disney/Expo etc.. World class quality and service make us in advance.

Qulity assuarance:

We have a quality team with around 10 people, responsible material incoming inspecitong, first sample inspeciton, production inspection on site and final inspection. You will see we do it from beginning-the material, and follow “3 inspection” system for every step. In 2010 we established inspection center, and bought 3D coordinate machine, projector and material analyzing machine etc. All these will make sure our qualified products.

The packing method for export , we already have much experience now. Usually we will use pallet and wooden box, espcially for surface treated parts like painting, powder coating, we will make sure have packing design person to make it, usually we will use wooden box with film.
