High speed steel molybdenum   M2

Circular saws in high speed steel (5% molybdeunm content) suitable for cutting-off steels and alloys with hardness between  500N/mm and 800N/mm. The saw blades are used on manual semi-automaticand fully auto-matic sawing machine.

Surface Coating Introduction

It produces a layer of iron oxide (Fe3O4) on the surface, which increases the wear-resisting and increased the overall life. The saw blades are used on semi-automatic and fully automatic sawing machine.

 

This is an excellent PVD coating for protecting saw blades from wear, which is a good choice for iron based material and cutting conditions requiring resistance to both abrasive and adhesive wear.

 

TIALN is  a new multi-layer wear protection PVD coating. Recommended for high tensile strength material above 800N/mm and stainless steel. Responds very favourably to high speed and feed rates as rates well as extreme working conditions like dry cutting.

 

 

TICN is as "high performance" PVD coating suitable for severe abrasive wear cutting conditions. Recommended for high tensile strength material above 800N/mm and stainless steel. Especially for cutting the material in high speed and feed rates. Coating thickness 0.003mm.

 

 

CrN is a specialized PVD coating that resists adhesive wear, corrosion and oxidation. Strongly recommended for cutting copper and titanium It has obtianed achievements in cutting off operations of brass, bronze and other light alloys.

HSS DMo5=M2=DIN 1 3343	It is molybdenum series, so it has excellent tenacity
HSS DMo5 Co=M35=DIN 1.3243	It contains 5% cobalt. It has excellent wear-resistance.
