Introduction of Broach Cutter

Broach cutter is a high-efficient drilling cutter with multi-edge annular cutter.

The diameter of the cutter ranges from 12mm to 150mm. The product is mainly used to processthe hole of steel component such as steel structure project , railway traffic, bridging , shipbuiding , machine manufacture, aviation and spaceflight.

According to the material , we can divide the broach cutter into two types:

TCT Broach Cutter Range: 

1. Suitable for cutting holes on various material with high speed.

2. Selected special-purpose carbide tip for reduced tip demaging and better endurance
3. Multi-cut geometry for increased chip removal and less resistance.
4. Various shank versions fit all magnetic drills and press

5. Diameter from Dia 12mm to 150mm,  35mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm cutting depth are available.

HSS Broach Cutter Range:

1. Made of high quality high speed steel to increase the endurance of cutting edges

2. Multi-cut geometry for ply-cutting to improve performance of centering as well as removal of chips.

3. Various performance of products to meet requirements of hole cutting on various materials.

4. Besides normal weldon shank, various shank types are available to suit various brands of magetic drills and press.
