1.Main performances and features

3. Working principle 

HT120B Diesel-electric Dual-use Feed Pellet Machine

120B type machine is powered by electric lighting, which, at the extrusion of the pressure roller,   can granulate 

from die hole.  It can easily adjust the length of the pellets so that various addictive drugs can be added into this 

machine during the process of pellet feed, which will have a small amount of nutrient loss.  The pellets processed 

by this machine are with smooth surface, moderate hardness and deep internal curing.  Pellets are dry in and dry out,

 which means that they will have a easier sealed storage.  They can also be used for killing those pathogenic 

microorganism and parasites, which can ensure the quality of the feed.   This machine is suitable for rabbit, chicken,

 duck, goose, fish, pig and other aquatic products.  It is suitable for those small farmers who are lack of three-phase power.  3KW( 5 horsepower) is the suitable power of the machine, whose production is 80-100 kg/hour.

4. Notice

(1) Forbid to start empty wagons in order to reduce wear.

(2) At the beginning of making material, you should regulate the screws in the ear base at any time.  You can not

 granulate until the material comes out smoothly.
