Q1:  Can FOUSEN provide other insects besides butterfly and moth ?  

        A1: sorry, we are specialized in dried butterfly and moth collections, related art design and home decorations. 

Q2: Can I order samples for quality checking before the formal order ? 

      A2: sure, of course, but the price should be retail price or sample price. 

Q3: what is the discount policy?

       A3: we sell all products in 3 different way. First: retail price for sample order, based on the qty, Second: wholesale price for wholesale or mixed wholesale formal order, Third: Bulk price. We require different qty. for whole-sale or bulk price when u order different design or products. for example: we usually require 30pcs for whole-sale price if u want to order un-mounted insects or small size framed butterfly decorations, and 500pcs for bulk price with those kinds of products.  But we only require 5pcs for whole-sale price if u want to order middle or large size decoration frames or other high cost products, and 100pcs for bulk price correspondingly. We offer 5~20% discount when u order is between the whole-sale price and bulk price.

Q4: Can we Pay by Paypal?

       A4: yes, but pleass make sure we could get the full payment. pls choose yourself to be the payer of the middle fee. If u don't know how to choose, Pleases pay more 3% for the middle fee we have to bear.

Q5: do u accept other payment methods? 

       A5: we also accept Western Union, T/T, Escrow.

Q6: How we deliver the cargo?

       A6: refer to the small volume cargo: we usually use DHL/FedEx/UPS air express to deliver the cargo doo to door. refer to the Large volume Cargo: up to customers, air express or ocean shipping, depends on the cost and urgent need or not. 

Q7: What is the Lead time?

      A7: sample order, 3~7days to be ready; >formal order, 15~45days, depends on design and qty. of each.

Q8: Why u separate the cost of un-mounted butterflies and frames (mounting service)?

       A8:  convenient for customers to select the species they are interested in and the frames, they can choose freely and require the mounting accordingly freely.
