S1422T Rotor Foundry Sand Mixer

  S14 series intensive sand mixer/sand muller is used to mix clay molding sand, especially single element sand. It is also suitable for mixing resin self-hardening sand and core sand, granular material in glass making, pottery and fire-proof material industry. The working principle is like this: low speed scraping plates turns up the sand in the barrel to form whirl circulation; blades of high speed rotator give impact and cutting force to sand with the help of scraping plates; this makes the sand rubs each other to get well mixing effect. This machine gets high mixing speed, good mixing quality and low power consumption.
