Neoprene Sheet / Fabric Description

CR (Chloroprene Rubber) Sponge : This foamed rubber sponge with closed cell structures.
Features : Soft, waterproof, good hermetic seal, adhesion force, heat preservation and high strength, and resistance to seawater, chemicals, and fire.
Application : Laminated products of CR sponge with various fabrics are suitable materials for wetsuit, diving and surfing suits, triathlon suit, spearfishing suit, immersion suit, survival suit, life vest, water sports, computer bags, and sport and advanced medical protection equipment.

SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) Sponge : This is cheap rubber sponge materia.
Features : SBR sponge have good abrasion resistance and good aging stability.
Application : Laminated products of SBR sponge with various fabrics are suitable materials for wetsuit, diving and surfing suits, wader, life vest, water sports, computer bags, can cooler, bottle cooler, lunch bag, wine bag, and sport protection equipment.

SCR Sponge : This series combines SBR( Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and CR (Chloroprene Rubber) , producing several grades of products that can be used in a wide range of applications.
Features : SCR sponge contain an excellent cell structure that shows properties of shock-absorption and heat preservation.
Application : Laminated products of SCR sponge with various fabrics are suitable materials for wetsuit, diving and surfing suits, shoes, fishing boots, horse blankets, medical care and sport protection accessories.

Note : Normative interpretation,"Neoprene" just refers to the CR(Chloroprene Rubber) , but now the industry "Neoprene" include CR, SBR, SCR.

Neoprene Sheet / Fabric according to customer requirements : 
Laminated / Embossed / Perforated / Coated

Laminated : Various fabrics (single-sided or double-sided fabric laminated). The customer can request the color (Such as Pantone) or Printing.
Features : The customers can according to different fabric characteristics to choose desired fabric . For example, wear resistance, elasticity, softness, warmth and firmness...etc.
Application : Widely used in garment, bags, shoes, socks, medical equipment and sports protector and other products.
Laminated Fabric Types

Embossed : Increase the aesthetic and friction to sliding stop function.
Features : Anti-skid, beautiful. They can reduce the flow resistance for water sports activities(Like shark skin and fine skin) .
Application : Water sports products, bags, shoes and socks at the bottom, other product decoration.

Perforated : Increase the ductility, breathable and cooling effect.
Features : 1. First lamination then perforated, 2. First perforated then lamination. They can not see the hole, but have the effect of breathable and cooling.
Application : Need warm and breathable garments, medical equipment, sports equipment and so on.

Coated : Coated special treated rubber sponge, shows excellent chlorine resistance and weather durability.
Features : The neoprene coated material has a smooth/sleek surface, polyurethane resin use on smooth skin or cell,very comfortable in a wear with slippery condition,especially,friction reduction around wrist and neck,less water friction.
This series optional contains TITANIUM to increase. TITANIUM metal addtion in silver coated on smooth skin or cell similar features with black coaed,further,reinforced heat retainment.
Application : Coated neoprene laminated with super stretch fabric has lightweight and better stretchability. Suited for triathlon wetsuit, surfing suit and swimming cap ...etc.
