Product Description

1. The product is designed for welding painting surface made of thermoplastic material, such as PVC, PE fabric.

2. It is widely used to take place of 502 glue to joint materials.

3. Bond up disjunct flat painting surface made of heat-melted material, such as PVC fabric, PE canvas, outdoor poster banner, plastic surface, Sailcloth...etc. Also used to laminate and enhance edge of the painting pieces

Features and applications:

It is widely used for tarpaulin, banner fabrics, inflatable PVC toy, Film structure water bed, tarpaulin products etc. It is with advanced hot air welding technology, Electronic temperature control adjustable, high precision temperature control, Especially suitable for high temperature continuous use, long life, high reliability.

Attention:

Start up: To open the fan, and then adjust the temperature index 8 to 12 minutes, 10 minutes can work normally

Shutdown: First the temperature pointer to 0; after 10 minutes, turn off the fan.

Adjust the increase or decrease weight and welding pressure according to material thickness, smooth, fast, high efficiency, the welding seam is with high tensile strenth ability, no seam length limit, with high popsition accuracy.

Operations:

1.  Firstly spread the cloth levelled, connect the seam together(2-5cm),and fix the cloth on flat ground with glue.
2. Connect power, open fan switch, set temperature, speed(according to the material thickness), preheat the welder.
3. Display the temperature reaches the set temperature, The machine operation guide wheel and the front wheel edge (two point line) and vertically arranged in the joint. The right hand holding the handle switch fever (positioning handle), fever, mouth (heating core stainless steel sleeve) parallel to the ground rapidly into the seam, the machine will automatically run started stitching.
4. The splicing process according to the machine running, gently rocking handle to ensure machine running straight.
5. If the picture is burnt, just put the appropriate speed fast, so as not to damage the screen.
6. Splicing after put hot air nozzle parallel from the specified position, the temperature pointer to 0, after 10 minutes, the temperature and room temperature air guns blown phase at the same time, then turn off the fan button
7. Prohibit rainy weather trial, the work site need to dry, flat. Equipment to be specifically responsible for the use, not allowed to disassemble the consequences.
