Applied in all metallic or nonmetallic nameplate printing, such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, plastic. It is mainly used in machinery, electric, valve, pump, car, motor, etc.

Main Usage

Printing contents: model number, date, batch number, serial number,etc

Requires: nameplates or tags can be printed by holding when its size range is less than 200m*130mm.

Working Principle

When the alloy steel character plate, which is already from high frequency quenching heat treatment , receives a force (such as manually pressed or pounded with a rubber hammer) , the letters or numbers will be printed with the depth of 0.1m-0.3m on the nameplates.

It is easy to operate and print whatever content or position you want by turning the character plate.

Besides, different character size can be achieved by replacing the different plate.
