1. It will be free to send to your place if the sample we have it in the stock

2. The sample charged will be necessary if  the sample are customized, but we will refund the costs as soon as you are place the quantity more than MOQ.

Packing Details

Our general packing is 1pcs in an OPP bags or poly bags, 12pcs in a carton. Your own packing request is also accepted.

Delivery time

As a sample, the processing will take 14days. Bulk will take 30-40 days.

Payment

30% deposit, 70% balance payment after copy of B/L, L/C at sight also is accepted.

Warranty and Guarantee

1. In case you received a Defective item, the customer has to request for refund or exchange for a new one up to 7 days from date of receipt. Please contact me before you return it.

2. In case you received a wrong item, items must be returned in its original and unused condition and must also be in its original box and packing.
