Features and purpose:

MG series pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer is mainly used to sterilize the medical or test fabric goods, surgical instruments and appliances in hospital supply service department, operating room, pharmaceutical factory and R&D institution laboratory, etc. Moreover, it also can sterilize the culture medium and freeze-dried powder .

 

MG series pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer adopts water ring vacuum pump to reach the vacuum degree above -0.09MPa. Meanwhile, during the sterilization process, control system can automatically adjust both the supply and discharge of steam according to the inner chamber temperature. Reliable automatic control way can free the operator from the boring keys operation. 

 

 

Technical characteristic: 

 

This machine is used to sterilize the dressing pack and surgical instrument, which adopts equivalent-effect sterilization time to ensure the reliability of sterilization (For example: 30mins sterilization at 121°C can achieve the indicator of inactivation = 5mins sterilization at 134°C can achieve the indicator of inactivation.)
