1. Summary
CT series hot-air circulating oven is equipped with low noise high temperature resistant macro axis axial-flow fan and automatic temperature control system; the whole circulating system is totally closed; the thermal efficiency of oven has been improved from traditional drying house 3-7% to existing 35-45%, even the highest 50%.
2. Application
This oven is the popular type drying equipment with wide range of application. It can be used for the thermal curing, drying and dehydration of materials and products in industries such as pharmacy,chemical,food,agricultural byproducts,aquatic products,light industry,heavy industry, etc. The raw materials can be bulk drug, crude drug, prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs, extract, powder, granule, medicinal granules, water-bindered pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, sausage, plastic resin, electric elements, baking varnish and so on.
3. Features:
1,Wide application range, it can be used to dry any kinds of materials and to be a universal-type drier.
2,Oven adopts traditional button control to do the on-site control.
3,Oven is equipped with axial fan which features low noise, smooth running. There are air-distribution plates installed at the both sides inside the oven, which features smooth, no burr and easy of cleaning.
4,There is high temperature resistant nontoxic removable silicon rubber installed between oven door and body. The locking device of door adopts the lever principle locking.
5,The cart track inside the oven is type of convex upward instead of groove on the bottom broad which features no air leak out. Moreover, there is also stainless steel incline installed on the bottom broad of oven to convenient for the carts.
6,Both the outer and inner of oven is made of stainless steel. The in-wall of oven is full welded and ace connection. The surface of oven body is flat and smooth without any concavo convex and color difference. The cover of whole oven is treated as flat gloss.
