Atlantic is a variety  suitable for srarch processing and potato chip to be medium-maturing ,the entire growth is 100days ,this variety enjoys many characteristics such as light blue & purple corolla ,round shaped tuber,flecked  and net-stroped coat,light yellow skin ans white pulp,and low bud eyes ,in addition,the starch content is 18% ,the deoxidized sugar content is 0.10%,and the yield per mu is around 1700-3000kg.
