Together with similar capacity of mixer, PL series of dosing machine can be formed a mixing plant which is used in all scale of production of steam curing fly ash brick and limesand brick. It can ensure the batching precision and raise the efficiency. The structure of the machine is simple, its performance is reliable and easy to maintain and repair. Because it can precisely dose the raw materials, we can ensure the quality of the fly ash brick and limesand brick.

1. Volume of the silo: 3*6 m³.

2. Volume of the measuring bunker 1.2m³*3.

3. Motor power of the discharging conveyor 4kw.

4. Motor power of the dosing conveyor 2.2kw*3.

5. Motor power of the unblocking device 2.2kw.

6. 6 cylinder: QGB63*200-S 6pcs, voltage of electromagnetic valve: 220V or 240V.

7. Wet fly ash and calcium carbide slurry should use the dosing machine with the belt width of 800mm.

8. The lining of the silo and measuring bunker for wet fly ash and calcium carbide slurry should use materials that are abhesive.
