Warranty

1. All item Comes with Basic 1 month sellers warranty, if item defective in 1 month, we will offer replacement after we receive the defective item.
2. If item Defective after 1 month, buyers can still send it back, we can resend the replaced item but buyers might need to pay the Shipping fee .

Return

1. If item you received is not working, please contact us and tell us the details

before you leave feedbacks, you can return it in 14 days,we will replace it with New item.
2. If item is damaged during shipping, you don’t need to return it, just contact us

and show us some pictures, so that we can claim against the shipping company.

Then we will replace it with new item or give you a full refund.
3. If you received a wrong item, please shows us some pictures and return it after

we made a confirmation, then we will replace it with the right item after we received

the wrong one.

After the price confirmed, you can require for samples to check our quality.

for factory stock samples, we can offer for free but freight collect.

for OEM samples we will charge for the sample cost,

but sample cost refundable after order confirmed, and quantity reached our MOQ.

3. What's the sample time?

OEM design needs 7-10 days, factory stock samples two days is ok.

4. What kind of files do you accept for printing ?

PDF, AI,high resolution JPG .

5. Can you do the designs for us ?

Yes, we have a professional team having much experience in designing and manufacturing.
