2.Inserting the cup,make sure the upper silicone ring have been opened fully and the cup is situated,fixed in the right position at the lower part of the vagina.Pull it back outwards a little,or turn it around.If the vacuum starts work properly,it will be harder to pull.

3.The cup shall not be placed too high because in case of contacting the cervical,vacuum effect works no longer properly and the menstrual flow will down flow outside of the cup.Opened silicone ring of the cup shall be ring under the cervical in order to collect the menstrual flow properly.

4.If the silicone string of the cup sticking out of the vagina feels uncomfortable,feel free to cut it down partially or wholly.This way you will not be able to feel the presence of the cup.
