Ø Middle Speed Narrow Nonwoven Needle Loom

The machine is acupuncture reinforcing the fiber web with the small cohesive force and high fluffy after the carding machine and the lapper. It makes fibers between fibers to be with the cohesive force, extrusion force and friction force. So the final fabric will be with a certain strength, good hand feeling and breathability.

The needle loom can be applied for polyester, viscose, nylon, pp, glass fiber, etc. The needled products include filter material, geotextile cloth,leather base fabric, punched felt, blanket, car interiors, wiped cloth, decorative cloth, garment lining cloth, medicinal and health material, etc.

1. The machine adopts the crankshaft connecting rod of the balanced structure and control the smooth and steady operation effectively.

2. Intergal heavy steel plate frame with the good stability. The needle denisity is adjusted to the changes of the technology and the product.

3. Clued lubrication system. Spray lubrication at the each required point timely.

4. Imported Straight oil seal and cooled lubrication to extend the working time.

5. Imported high precision deep groove ball bearing to make the reciprocation smooth and steady.

6. Computer simulation random needle placement. Improve the quality effectively.

01 warranty 

The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, SAIL grants a prompt action to solve the problem.

02 Installation & maintenance

SAIL will send one or two engineers to the Buyer’s factory to help the Buyer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance , round-trip air tickets, accommodation, workers and translator. The installation and commissioning will take around 1 month.
