About the Special High Tenacity Nylon Fiber
Drotex use a special kind of universal fiber for the cotton nylon fabric, the fiber offer the following characteristics:
.Hard to burn on fire and without melt, and will be die out the time when leave fire, the rate of smoke is lower than halogenate polymers, it has good Flame retardant property itself even without FR treatment.
.Keep good insulativity under the condition of high temperature, high humidity, frequency conversion.
.Generally low priced compared to those made from high temperature resistance or high modulus fibers.
.Available in a wide range of fiber sizes (deniers for fabric development).
.Can be heat and chemically treated to accommodate tight specification applications.
.Melting point approximately 484°F (295°C).
.Tenacity up to 9.5 grams per denier.
.Quick-drying and mildew resistant.
.Excellent abrasion resistance.
.Preferred for applications where stretch and shock resistance are required.
.Excellent retention of properties under very low temperature conditions.
.Resistance to degradation in alkaline environments (pH>7.0).
.Significant strength degradation over time with extended UV exposure.
