Feature
- 5Cr2NiMoVSi is developed on the basis of die steel 5CrNiMo and 4Cr5MoSiV. Its strength is higher than 5CrNiMo, slightly lower than 4Cr5MoSiV.
- higher impact toughness than 5CrNiMo and 4Cr5MoSiV
- good hardenability, wide temperature range of heat treatment is conducive to large-size modules for long time heat insulation.
- higher thermal stability than 5CrNiMo and close to 4Cr5MoSiV (H11).
- they are particularly suitable for press machine forging die and forging hammer forging die
