2015 new professional flotation equipment KYF flotation machine 

I. Product features

With the ability of imbibing ore pulp, XCF is used as ore pulp imbibing tank, while KYF as a direct flow tank without spontaneous imbibition ability. The tanks are arranged horizontally, no foam pump is required. U-shaped tank reduces the ore accumulated at the bottom of the tank. Large-diameter conical impeller and short blade rotor are adopted, which enable the machine possess large capacity and low energy consumption. Aeration disperser is arranged in the middle of the impeller which makes the dispersion of aeration uniform and the mixing sufficient.

II. Note for selection

While placing your order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, make sure to provide the flotation circuit and the following

Configuration scheme and feeding mode; quantity of the scrapers and mode of drive(right drive or left drive); quantities of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers, and crude ore chambers ;other special requirements

No electric control cabinet will be supplied.

The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer's drawings. And the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale floatation machine.

A: Usually 30%T/T prepaid and 70%TT to be paid upon received copy of bill of lading.
