1. In order to match the cylinder feeder of ball mill, a sand scraper is added, which makes the ore pulp flow from the side to the cylinder feeder of ball mill.

2. Some models of mining spiral classifiers equipment adopts rolling bearing instead of the original bearing, which reduces the frictional resistance, and avoids frequent replacement and maintenance of the bearings. The space required for installation and maintenance is reduced by adopting ZQ reducer.

3. The lubrication parts are improved, and grease pumps are arranged for large-size products, making the lubrication more reliable.

Spiral Classifier working principle

when the slurry goes into the classifying trough, because the shape and size of the ore particles are different, the descending speed is different, the small particles flow into next procedure from overflow weir, while big ones sink down to the bottom of the trough, and will be lifted up by the spiral blade to feed into the ball mill for regrinding, which form the ball mill-classifier cycle.
