PU elastomeric casting machine function:

   1.DSF series PU elastomeric casting machine is used to produce wheel,rubber roller,screen,impeller,OA machine,skating wheel,bumper and so on.

   2.Mixing head:JH908/918 series PU elastomeric bottler placer, adopt novel hybrid mechanism, without bubbles if mixed evenly.

   3.Using hot oil circulation constant temperature mechanism, the raw material temperature is more accuracy. High-precision metering pump,stepless speed regulating system, it is more convenient to regulate speed ratio.

   4.Design liquid non-return device according to elastomeric pour.

   5.DSF series PU elastomeric bottler placer, adopt microcomputer control and it has temperature,pressure and display of rotational speed control system.

   6.DSF series PU elastomeric bottler placer has vacuum degasser.
