   4). Start to design based on ur ideas and requirements (300USD before designing, refund after u order)

   5). Send the 3D design for mall approval, and then start to make the technical drawing

   6). Sign contract with mall after design is approved

   7). Produce the kiosk (50% deposit of the amount of phone kiosk)

   8). Ship the kiosk to ur nearest port 

1).How to make the design effective?

A: If you have a final design please provide us the design documents and we will exactly build the  phone kiosk as your request.

B: If you don't have a final design, that is ok, just provide us the similar pictures you have and our designer will make a scheme as your detail requests.

C:If you don't have a final design neither similar pictures, don't worry, we will provide you some suggestion to choose and we are sure that we can provide you the best service.

2). What is the "Design Fee"?

"Design Fee" is prepaid before we start designing the phone kiosk as your customized request. It is usually $200-$500 according to your kiosk SIZE and it is just an symbol for both of us to show our mutual trust. Please rest assured that we will refund it to you when the order is confirmed.

3).How to know the production process?

We will take pictures everyday, so it is a daily record for your order. If you want to know your order production details you can ask us to take photos or take video.

4). How is the shipment?

Usually 2-3 days before we finish production, we will inform you to arrange the rest 50% payment and we will arrange the shipment after we receive the money.

5). How about delivery?

We will present you all the original shipping documents via express. And you can take the delivery with the shipping doucument after you clear custom.
