R:a. Check whether the battery and battery box seat are lined up, and whether the battery box is locked.
b. Check the fuse (inside top of battery box). The motor doesn’t rotate, if the controller fuse burns. Revolve the fuse and change with the same specified melting core.

R:Check whether the throttle releases to the home position. Lubricate or replace if faulty.

R: That depends on how often you charge them, and the type of use you give your scooter, but generally, a set of batteries should last one to two years if you use them properly.

R: No, the scooter is rated for just the driver.

R: The only user maintenance is to charge the batteries daily, check tire pressures weekly, and keep machine clean with a damp, soft cloth.

Q17.Can I ride the scooter in the rain or snow?

R: Yes, with some conditions: Do not ride if rain is heavy and may possibly soak the control panel. Ride very slowly through puddles. Do not ride if snow is deeper than 1/2 the height of your wheels. If you run under such condition, you may run the risk that the motor may be rusted unless you clean and dry it promptly after use.

Q18.Can I park the scooter inside my home?

R: Yes, the scooter is equipped with sealed lead acid batteries designed for indoor use.

Q19.Can I take my scooter on an airplane or cruise ship?

R: Yes, but you will probably be asked to equip your scooter with "Gel cell" type batteries with a certain certificate.
