304 Stainless Steel Flat, is a hot rolled stainless shape is ideal for all applications where greater strength and superior corrosion resistance is required. 304 Stainless Flat has a durable dull, grainy mill finish and is widely used for all  
types of fabrication projects that are exposed to the elements. Stainless Flats 1/2" thickness and under are sheared and edged, thicker sizes are a true bar. True bar is available on request for thinner sizes.  
This material is mill finish, NOT Polished.
  • Specifications: ASTM A276, QQS-763, T304, non-polished finish
  • AKA: stainless strip, stainless bar, stainless rectangle
  • Applications: frame work, braces, supports, plates, marine, food, etc.
  • Workability: Easy to Weld, Moderate Cutting, Forming and Machining.
