1. Product

Color-coated steel plate is produced with cold-rolled steel plate as substrate, galvanized with zinc, zinc-aluminum or nickel etc. chemical treatment(degrease, phosaphate, chromate, treatment) is made on the surface. Top coating (roller coating) is applied and then the product is oven cured for color performance. Compared to the traditional product which is painted after forming, the color-coated steel plate has advantages of better coating performance, lower cost. Less environmental pollution, and energy saving as well. Color-coated steel plate is a kind of combined the steel material with the organic material. It has both characteristics of the materials; good mechanical strength and easy plate forming properties as the steel material; good decoration and corrosion resistance as an organic material.

Designing, manufacturing, installing, and operation as a whole, our company is a specialized in light steel structure and colorful steel contour plate series. Now it has developed into one of the largest enterprises in Hebei in this business, and passed ISO-9001 quality management system certification.

The company has the contractor qualification of steel structure, and 21 computer-controlled production lines like colorful steel contour plate, color-steel complex sheet, welded steel H-section and C type steel, which can meet different clients’ requirements. Meanwhile, we use 3D3S and PKPM light steel structure software and engage special engineer to make hundreds of project examples over 1000m². We export our products to countries and regions like USA, Mongolia, Singapore, Maldives and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
