Rotary oil filling machine

Our rotary oil filling machine speed is higher than the straight filling line, this machine contain the filling and capping machines two parts, because of the oil special demand, so the bottles need not washing, or the bottle oil will contain the water inside, this will make the quality worse. But if the bottle is dirty, we could add the air compressor to blow, this will make the bottles clean.

2) The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles.

3) All parts contraction with media are made from SUS304 or SUS316 and have no process blind angles to enable easy cleaning.

4) The control system has the function of control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block auto stop and production counting.

5) The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically
