Parts are not as same as bikes,they are many items and more complex,for others company,often have a mistake between clients,but we have seldom,since we have very clearly picture of the items in the PI,so it will not confuse by misunderstanding .And each picture you see in my website or PI is the real picture that we take photo by ourselves not copy from internet,so what you see in our website,what you will get it.

Every month, we publish some new items ,all the newest parts in China can be include in our catalog in the first time,some of the items come from the lab of other factory, some from our own design.

We almost can offer all the spare parts and performance parts for the bike in China.

2)The best packing in China
For end clients,good packing can bring them a well fell about the goods and so you can sell it higher price than before.We have a special material to packing item in alone, such as plastic bag,shrink wrap film, label ,white or yellow paper box, plastic box and special strong carton.

We pack every item in good material and carefully,it will help you to have a well sale and save more time for you to assemble,count and manage your stock.We have four type of packing :

(A) By items , one item in a bag, then sign the detail items number and quantity;It is the basic packing way.
(B) By 10PCS, 10 pcs in a bag , then sign the detail item number and quantity, such as chain lock and sprocket.
(C) By 1PCS, one pcs in a bag or special box, if by box then sign the detail item number ,the picture of the item and the description of this item, such as clutch bell, and air filter,you can know the detail what inside even you have not open the box.for example, we pack clutch in bag and yellow paper box and do plastic bag for clutch shoe and pull start:
(D) By Sets, pre-assemble many items in a set,then do shrink wrap for the sets and put the set in one or two box,then do a clearly picture on the box, such as performance cylinder kit.it include cylinder, head, copper gasket, paper gasket, hex screw, piston, pin, bearing, spark plug, ring, clip.if not per-assemble in a sets, you should spent more time to assemble it, and some time something are missing and something are mismatch.

3)Quickly delivery
Usually, other company will sent goods to you within 5 working days after rcv your money,but we often delivery goods to you in the day that your money arrived, for old clients, we often sent goods as soon as rcv the fax of receipt of deposit.Since we are seated in the capital of ZheJiang Province, can less 1-2 days than others company which are not in big city. And We have stock many of the items in our warehouse already.

4)Effective communication
Any of of your email will be reply within 24 hours
After every delivery , will sent you track number and detail packing list ,Each items you ordered will be confirmed by detail picture in the PI

5)Protect old clients
For some new items in market,we only publish them to our old clients firstly, after 2-3 month later, we will do it in our website.We only offer list price to our old clients.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
