1. Can I get a sample or a color chart?

Yes, please let us know your full address and exactly phone number, we could send you our quality samples and color chart. But shipment charge need to be paid by you. For some other items that need spend much material and open mold, we need take sample charge, sample at least include three set color cards which has stone on it.

2. How long is your delivery time?

It depends on each item. The shortest delivery is 3 or 4 days, we can produce 300000 pcs  every month. For the popular color rhinestone, we always have safe stock in our warehouse.

3.Do you have stocks?Can u accept retail?What is your crystal iceberg MOQ?

A:Some items are in stock.Our MOQ is 50 pcs for each shape each color each size.

4.How to order?

1) If you are interested in our product, you can send us an inquiry with all the information you want to know.

2)We will give you prompt reply when we receive your inquiry. Usually we reply by email.

3)Once we confirm all the details (color, size, quantity etc), we will start to process the gemstones as soon as payment is confirmed.

4)We will send you the photo after the products are finished for you to confirmation,

5)After we have your confirmation the package will be packed and sent to you.
