These economy blue tarps come with rustproof aluminum grommets installed about every 36 inches along each side for your convenience. The hems are reinforced with poly twine. Please note that the finished measured size is roughly 3% to 5% smaller than the quoted sizes below.

The blue poly tarps finished size is approx. 6" or up to 3% smaller

Mil is the unit for measuring thickness. It is equivalent to a thousandth of an inch. Divide the given mil measurement by one thousand to know its measurement in inches. 6 mil/1000 = 0.006 in. Our blue poly tarps are 0.006" thick.

Denier is also known as den. The linear mass density (amount of mass per unit length) of fibers is measured in this unit. It is the mass in grams/9k meters.
