How to clean:

1. Clean cast iron griddle press with hot water, can't use soap, and dry thoroughly.

2. Clean utensil with a stiff nylon brush and hot water. Soap and harsh detergents should never be used.

3. Towel dry immediately and apply a light coating of oil.

4. Do not let your cast iron bbq grills air dry, as this can promote rust.

5. Store in a cool, dry place.

6. This cast iron bacon press is not suitable for dishwasher, handwash and dry only.
