Q: When can I get a sample?

A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive you’re your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we can regard your email as priority. 

Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples, we will charge you for samples cost first, but the sample fee can be returned when your order quantity is confirmed and it is more than our MOQ. 

Q: How long can I expect to get the sample? 

A: After you pay the sample fee, the samples would be ready for delivery within 3 days.

If it were OEM sample, maybe the time would takes a little longer. 

Q: What about the lead time for mass production? 

A: Honestly, it depends on your order quantity and the season you place the order.But as a professional manufacturer, we can achieve your deadline. 

Q: What about the warranty of your products? 

A: We offer 12 months warranty for all the products.
