Struction of jack stainless steel filter press 

We adopt Q345B carbon steel as the material of the beam, and then put the 316 stainless steel around the beam, by this way, we can enhance the intensity of the frame, extend the lifespan of the machine.

The material of the filter plate is reinforced polypropylene, it is featured with high acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.

Under the strict QC, the flatness of the filter plate is lower than 25µm which make sure excellent sealing when pressing, and without any leakage when feeding.
