Principle
The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules.

The YIBU high shear mixer is therefore the perfect partner for a Fluid Bed Dryer for optimum economy.
Pellets can be manufactured if the vertical granulator is combined with a Spheronizer/Pelletizer for subsequent spheronization of the granules.
Single-Pot systems also provide the facility to dry the granulate.
For the use of organic solvents, the high shear mixer can be combined with a special vacuum system with integral solvent recovery.

Due to the consistent modular design, the system can be configured individually and easily adapted to the constructional circumstances and specific requirements.
The heart of the YIBU Vertical Granulator is the patented Z-shaped rotor blade. This and various product-optimized chopper designs are the result of many years of successful development and cooperation with the Japanese specialist, Powrex.
Working Chamber

Handing device
This device can easily be integrated into horizontal or vertical product flow.
The high shear mixer can be charged manually by means of containers with lift and transporter devices (or charging stations) or pneumatically by means of suction conveyor systems.
The granulate is discharged from the working vessel into a fluid bed machine or a container, either by gravity or by means of pneumatic conveyors.
A Rotor Mill is often used downstream in order to achieve a homogeneous granulate spectrum.

This new state-of-the-art control system embodies a uniquely intuitive graphical operating philosophy. It is designed to be as easy to use as possible and only be as complex as absolutely necessary, helping to make the control of every process clear and safe. All information required is displayed on a generous touch screen at all times. An animated flow diagram representation as well as an explosion-proof version are available.
Thin client technology
YIBU View comes with a central PC control unit with centralised data management. Therefore it is easy to connect multiple control units for one system or to visualise various units on a single screen.
High operating reliability

Features
1.The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, its structure reasonable.
2.Air filled seal shaft for to drive. When washing , it can be changed to water.
3. Fluidized granulation, the granule is around ball shape. Its flow ability is good.
4.Compared to traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time is short.
5.The dry mixing time is 2 minutes and the granulating time is 1-4 minutes. Compared to the traditional process , 4-5
times of efficiency is raised.
6.Dry mixing, humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed container. It is in conformity with the
requirements of GMP.
