3) Design and manufacture according to customer’s special request

B) Quality Requirements:

1) Density: 700-750kg/m3 for MDF Materials

2) Glue: E1 grade

3) Primer: Primed after Gesso (2 times process) or with water/oil base primer(1 times process)directly.

4) Dimension tolerance: ±0.3mm
5) Finishing: Flat , smooth and clean surface, no color difference.

C) Packing:

We can design the packing as to the order size or customized

D) Application and Export:

Export to the Australian and North America etc market for interior decoration use.
