A5. Generally, offering free existing samples, customized samples based on customers' specifications will be charged, and the sample cost will be returned once order confirmed.

Q6. What is your delivery time of samples and production?

A6. It takes 5-7 working days for sample order, 20-30 working days for mass order

A7. Existing sample is free, custom samples as your request are charged some fee, refundable after place order. If do pre-production sample, it is no need to pay for custom sample cost.

A8. We accept payment terms as below:

1). 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
